Can I return or exchange my order for something else?
Due to our items being handcrafted and made-to-order for you, all sales are final
Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted if an incorrect item is received
Merchandise must be in its original condition
In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace the order in 1-3 business days
I never received my order, what should I do?
Confirm your delivery date in your tracking information
If your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that you forward all details to our customer service department.
Undelivered lost packages may be reissued
Delivered lost/stolen packages may be reissued after the claim is filed
How quickly will I receive my order?
ALL orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method chosen. A tracking number will be generated and emailed to you.
Due to Global Shipping delays, a delay can exceed up to 5-7 days for US orders and 5-12 days for international orders!
